At Digital Saathi Foundation, every role is tied directly to the communities we serve. You won't be managing spreadsheets from a distance; you'll be designing solutions alongside the people they're meant to help.
Open Roles
Deliver foundational literacy and numeracy programmes at our DSF Pathshala community learning centres, working directly with children from underserved rural and slum communities.
Requirements
Run digital skills workshops for youth and women, managing training sessions on computers, internet safety, and digital tools that open doors to employment and further education.
Requirements
Coordinate women-centric programmes including vocational training, health awareness, and leadership development. Work closely with Swasthya Sakhi participants and community leaders.
Requirements
Support community health initiatives including menstrual hygiene awareness, nutrition education, and wellness campaigns alongside the Swasthya Sakhi network of trained rural women.
Requirements
Design and manage monitoring and evaluation frameworks for all DSF programmes, collect and analyse impact data, and produce reports for partners, donors, and the board.
Requirements
Contribute your time and expertise through remote mentoring, occasional on-ground tutoring, or skill-sharing sessions with DSF students and young programme participants.
